Arctic Tundra lies beyond the Arctic Circle and represents one of Earth’s harshest biomes. The ground remains frozen for most of the year. Plant life is extremely limited and stays close to the surface. Summers are short but bathed in continuous daylight. Winters are long, dark, and unforgiving. The landscape feels vast, silent, and ancient.
