Murano Glass Biome (Glacial Lakes)

Glacial Lakes form from melting glaciers and permanent snow in cold mountain regions. Their waters are crystal clear, often tinted milky blue by fine mineral sediments. Low temperatures slow biological activity, supporting only highly adapted species. The environment remains quiet and still for most of the year. Short summers briefly awaken life. These lakes represent purity, isolation, and ecological balance.
