
A Hot Desert is defined by extreme heat and very low rainfall. The landscape is dominated by sand, rock, and dry open spaces. Temperature shifts between day and night can be intense. Vegetation is sparse and highly specialized. Animal life is adapted to water scarcity. This biome reflects heat, exposure, and survival under extreme conditions.
