Tundra Plains are wide, flat landscapes defined by permanently frozen ground. Vegetation stays low to the soil, dominated by mosses, lichens, and hardy grasses. Strong winds constantly shape the open terrain. Seasons are extreme, with long winters and very short summers. When warmth arrives, subtle colors briefly emerge. This biome is fragile, minimal, and highly exposed.
